BLOAIRAXIAL FLOW fans are compact in design & hence space saving. This provides the maximum air delivery per unit volume occupied by the fan. These fans are designed for optimum relation between air quantity, pressure and power consumption. These fans can be mounted in any direction. The choice of materials, the quality of the manufacture and standard of inspection are of a very high level. The blades are dynamically balanced on our high precision balancing machine,the fan casing & blade are made out from wieldable mild steel of IS 2062 having robust construction to withstand all kind of dusty conditions. The fans are tested as per IS 3588.Fans available with input voltages: 230, AC.
In order to ensure maximum life of motor, The integral motor is of special design using high quality silicon steel stamping .The motor construction uses specially selected insulation material, use of incombustible insulation materials ensure increased safety against fire outrages. These fans can with stand HV flash requirements as per IS standards. Every fan is fitted with 2no’sball bearings, both side shielded; lubricated for life .The bearings, lubrication and the materials used are of high quality. The motor protection: minimum IP 44.
